**Job Details:**

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Deployment Manager to join our team at Staff4Me. This role involves ensuring the delivery of support services to our customers, focusing on cloud infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers on the cloud infrastructure deployment of new installations or projects.
  • Address concerns of newly onboarded properties during deployment.
  • Perform post-deployment checks and follow up with engineers on any missing or failed items.
  • Monitor and ensure the completion of post-deployment checks. Identify any training or deployment processes that need to be covered or changes that need to be made.
  • Ensure all tools are available and accessible for property staff.
  • Work with engineers to troubleshoot deployment-related issues.
  • Coordinate and schedule training with property staff for cloud infrastructure management (if applicable) and provide guidance on deployment best practices.
  • Ensure all devices are set up and monitored in the cloud infrastructure platform.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure deployment.
  • Should have experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in configuring cloud infrastructure devices (e.g., firewalls, load balancers).
  • Ability to subnet in cloud infrastructure environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
  • CCIE certification.

Certifications:

  • Cloud infrastructure certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Customer Service Experience:

  • Experience in BPO with inbound and outbound calls.

Others:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles, protocols, and security measures.
  • Cloud security certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
