- Create comprehensive reporting packs including variance tables and charts to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Extract and process large datasets for preparation of forecasts and simulations to support business growth.
- Upload and submit monthly forecast data in a timely manner to meet company objectives.
- Validate and control checks of submitted data to maintain data integrity.
- Support the local country team in preparation of analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests to drive business success.
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation or standardization to optimize business processes.
- Cultivate best practices from co-workers and share new methods identified to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation to support knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience working with large amounts of data is beneficial to drive business insights.
- Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) is required to support business operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately.
- Able to work as part of a remote team to support global business operations.
- Strong communication skills with ability to listen effectively and articulate queries to drive collaboration.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; other language skills may be a further benefit.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Accountancy or Finance-related to support business operations.
- Able to work in the Mid Shift and hybrid setup to support business needs.
