Home Care Scheduler Role

This position involves managing caregiver schedules, communicating changes and ensuring both caregivers and clients are informed, supported and calm when things get hectic.

About the Job:
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond quickly when someone cancels a shift or doesn't clock in
  • Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the VoIP system
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky (we'll train you for it)
  • Work with the operations team to flag issues and ensure staffing stays smooth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers
  • Generate weekly reports and keep leadership in the loop
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet client needs
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules and client information
  3. Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  4. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely manner
