Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data entry, management, and reporting activities to ensure accurate information in reports.
- Enter various data including job titles, work areas, and IH sampling information from field sheets, and generate summary tables for each report.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Perform other data quality verification functions as assigned.
- Provide reports documenting reviews and changes where required.
- Maintain the integrity of database contents necessary for credible statistical reports.
- Attend team and company meetings, and participate in discussions.
- Offer suggestions on process improvements.
- Report any breach of integrity or solicitation for improper payments to Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager to achieve operations efficiency.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- University/College Degree is required.
- Minimum one-year data entry, management, and verification experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence.
- Computer literacy (familiarity with MS Window applications).
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with an accuracy rate of at least 90%.
- Audit and proof-reading exposure is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven individual.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate team members.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
