We are looking for a skilled data engineer to help shape the backbone of our data infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex data environments, brings deep technical expertise in Python and MongoDB, and has a strong background in building scalable data pipelines and performing complex data migrations.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS technologies, performing complex data conversions and migrations between systems with precision and reliability, working extensively with MongoDB, ensuring data consistency, performance optimization, and schema design, leveraging pandas and other Python tools for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis, integrating with services and data flows using TypeScript when needed, managing containerized environments using Docker to support development, testing, and deployment of data services, and utilizing Linux command line (bash) for scripting, automation, and operational support.

This position also requires proficiency with data conversion and migration strategies and execution, hands-on experience with Linux command line (bash) and Docker, practical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, and experience with tools like S3, Lambda, Glue, or Redshift.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document and explain technical work, and a mindset focused on data quality, efficiency, and scalability.
