ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of digital Form converters to achieve team and individual performance goals. Additionally, they will oversee daily operations of the forms conversions team, including customer quotes, communicating with customers, job assignments, and metric reporting.
RequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in customer support or related roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex customer issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adapt to changing requests of customers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and reporting.
- Drive to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and meeting objectives.
