About the Role

The Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees meet compliance requirements and are fully prepared for mobilisation to work sites.

You will oversee the verification of employee credentials, manage compliance documentation, and coordinate mobilisation processes for staff in alignment with Australian industry standards.

This is an on-site role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in compliance, recruitment, or mobilisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating employee credentials, including licenses, certifications, and qualifications.
  • Conducting background checks and ensuring adherence to legal and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of verified documentation.
  • Coordinating mobilisation plans for employees, including travel arrangements, inductions, and onboarding.
  • Ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed and submitted before mobilisation.

The successful candidate will have advanced communication skills in English (verbal and written), knowledge of Australian employment laws, visa regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements. Familiarity with Australian health and safety standards and site-specific induction processes is also desired.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated around AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will enjoy a range of benefits, including company events, health insurance, and on-site parking.
