  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Business Team with daily fund needs;
  • Manage Revolving Fund with the Assistant Finance Manager;
  • Review and validate Connect Invoices;
  • Liaise with clients and shared service center on Purchase Order and billing matters;
  • Prepare and release client invoices, including BIR-compliant invoices;
  • Review and summarize employee reimbursements thru Certify;
  • Validate and pay Third Party Vendors' (TPV) invoices;
  • Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 to TPV, as needed;
  • Liaise with TPV for any concern/s regarding billings;
  • Prepare and upload accurate Accounting entries into the accounting system;
  • Participate in financial reports preparation and review;
  • Enhance internal controls and procedures;
  • Assist in Audit process;
  • Collaborate with the team on initiatives to attain goals;
  • Work closely with the Immediate Superior on Finance projects;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by Immediate Superior and Management.

Candidate Requirement

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
