Job Title: Email & Digital Campaign Manager - WFH/Remote Setup

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization, ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability:
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation:
    • Create and refine email templates and content (empathy, urgency, demands).
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
    • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
  • Campaign Management & Analytics:
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
    • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.

This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with 3+ years of experience in email marketing, deliverability, and campaign strategy.

  • Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation.
