Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, PFMEA, and BOM.
  • Collaborate with the NPI Team to introduce new products and processes.
  • Lead and initiate cost reduction projects and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Ensure timely transfer and ramp-up of assembly lines and equipment.
  • Support Quality Assurance in resolving customer concerns.
