Knowledge Base Content Creator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to create, optimize, and maintain internal and external knowledge base content. This role involves crafting clear, concise, and customer-obsessed content that accurately reflects the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and develop new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure KB remains accurate, current, and discoverable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Obsession: Ability to write with empathy and prioritize clarity and usability for customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage with SMEs and explain technical concepts.
  • Collaboration: Ability to build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Support, and CS teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures all content is accurate, complete, and error-free.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies knowledge gaps and proposes scalable solutions.
