We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Support Professional to join our team at UMI Technologies Corp. In this role, you will support both sales and marketing efforts, engage with our merchants, and drive online lead generation.

  • You will assist in overseeing social media accounts and website content, setting up sales incentive programs, and helping acquire new merchants.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to plan and execute promotional campaigns in conjunction with merchant sales teams.
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

  • Update the company's website and social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content that aligns with branding and marketing goals.
  • Create and schedule posts to maintain consistency and relevance.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and interact with followers to reinforce brand presence.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in onboarding new merchants, allocating resources, and configuring systems.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads online.
  • Support merchant acquisition efforts by identifying and contacting potential partners via online channels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (desired but not necessary).
  • Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing, along with practical experience managing business pages.
  • Ability to craft compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with lead generation methods, online advertising, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Fundamental understanding of website management and digital marketing tools.
  • Affable, highly sociable, and comfortable interacting with people both online and offline.
  • Motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently.
