Job Description

  1. We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Lead who can drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  2. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing daily sales reports, running sales reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  3. You will also prepare weekly sales and stock reports, as well as monthly sales reports and business reviews.
  4. In addition, you will review A/R status per account, monitor inventory and stocks allocations, and process purchase orders.
  5. Another key responsibility is planning and creating dealer programs and activities, checking collections, and conducting dealer visits.
  6. You will also meet with dealers, present business reviews, and conduct trade checks/store visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management is required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
  • The ability to work proactively and take ownership of responsibilities is critical.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
  • Knowledge of office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is mandatory.
