Job Description
">- We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Lead who can drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing daily sales reports, running sales reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will also prepare weekly sales and stock reports, as well as monthly sales reports and business reviews.
- In addition, you will review A/R status per account, monitor inventory and stocks allocations, and process purchase orders.
- Another key responsibility is planning and creating dealer programs and activities, checking collections, and conducting dealer visits.
- You will also meet with dealers, present business reviews, and conduct trade checks/store visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management is required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
- The ability to work proactively and take ownership of responsibilities is critical.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
- Knowledge of office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is mandatory.
