Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
  3. Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, helping to identify areas for cost savings and optimization.
  5. Perform account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in banking finance or general accounting. You should be knowledgeable in preparing BSP Reports and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities are also essential.
