Job Summary

  • As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for customer billing, invoice corrections, and credit memos, as well as investigating and resolving invoicing and project issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Billing: Process customer invoices, ensure timely payment, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Invoice Corrections: Investigate and resolve errors on invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Credit Memos: Issue and manage credit memos to customers, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation.
  4. Invoicing and Project Issues: Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to invoicing and project delivery.
  5. Billing Process: Maintain a reliable billing process, ensuring orders are billed on time and invoices are error-free.
  6. Annual Audit Requirements: Support annual audit requirements related to accounts receivable responsibilities.
  7. Monthly End Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly end reports, providing insights into business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with ability to learn new software quickly.
