Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
  • Prepare and review tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
