The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to HR Team: Assist with the support of the Human Resources team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Employee Relations: Support employee relations initiatives, including managing employee complaints, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
Requirements
