Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. They will also oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred, but not required).
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
