Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content that meets the needs of our customers and internal teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching, writing, and developing new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement documents.
  • Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into clear, customer-ready content.
  • Collaborating with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.
  • Using AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conducting recurring content audits to ensure KB remains accurate, current, and discoverable.
  • Mentoring junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Driving the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Providing training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.
