Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualifying leads and effectively communicating our business offering.
  • Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refining call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team.
  • Handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have experience in B2B calling and appointment setting.
  • Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
