About the Job

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Media Support Expert to join our team as an AV Technical Support Specialist.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our Sales Department, including product demonstrations, technical meetings, ocular visits, repairs and maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of project installations as assigned by the superior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Sales Department, including product demonstrations, technical meetings, ocular visits, repairs and maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of project installations as assigned by the superior.
  • Prepare Design and Estimated Work Sheet (EWS) for checking and approval of the Technical Head and conduct testing of equipment and technical training to clients on-site.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in Audio-Visual solutions, be able to operate, configure, and install AV requirements, and understand AV design & layouts.
