Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Career Advancement Manager to join our Client Growth Team. This critical position is key to enhancing client retention by designing intuitive user experiences and implementing successful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze crucial client metrics to drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize UI/UX and reduce client churn.
  • Develop and test solutions to enhance navigational flow and usability.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on client behavior data.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on cross-functional projects.
  • Lead efforts to boost referrals and client advocacy.
  • Support client onboarding and engagement initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong grasp of SaaS, user journey mapping, and usability principles.

  • 2-5 years of experience in related roles; at least 1 year in leadership is preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
