At the heart of our business lies the Jewelry Production Manager role, a position that oversees every aspect of fine or fashion jewelry manufacturing and production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily operations to ensure quality control and meet customer demand deadlines
  • Manage schedules, allocate resources, and track progress across teams and suppliers
  • Collaborate with designers, CAD experts, bench jewelers, casters, and stone setters to bring designs to life
  • Develop and maintain relationships with material suppliers and external manufacturers
  • Maintain detailed production documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), cost sheets, and timelines
  • Implement quality standards across all stages of production
  • Forecast inventory needs and procure necessary materials on time
  • Troubleshoot issues, minimize delays, and optimize efficiency and cost
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in jewelry production or manufacturing management
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry materials, processes, and supply chain
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM and jewelry design software
  • Experience in vendor and supplier management
  • Attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship and quality
