Job Summary
The role of an IT Senior Network Administrator at Manpower Core Group Inc. involves overseeing the management and maintenance of current and new network infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring seamless support processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for periodically evaluating the architecture and planning future enhancements for the network environment, as well as overseeing the selection and evaluation of new products and services.
This position requires a strong technical background in IP networking, including routing, switching, and addressing concepts, with operational and deployment experience with firewalls and VPNs.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, COE, or ECE, with 10+ years of overall experience, including CCNA, CCNP (or willingness to obtain), Azure AZ-900, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and drive the evaluation of the architecture and plan for future enhancements of the network environment.
- Oversight of the evaluation and selection of new products and services.
- Lead role in overseeing active projects, including developing plans and schedules, interfacing with vendors, training personnel, acquiring hardware/software, and team management.
- Develop best practice technical architecture models utilizing knowledge of industry and technical trends.
- Identify and evaluate technical architecture to ensure solutions satisfy business requirements and performance goals.
- Administer complex FW and IPS rule bases under change management.
