About the Role:
The Senior Sales Performance Analyst will play a crucial part in analyzing and overseeing sales performance across all Southeastasia Retail, Inc. branches.
This key position is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational processes and protocols, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and fostering teamwork and operational efficiency among ALC Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze comprehensive sales performance reports for Southeastasia Retail, Inc., identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved across all branches, making adjustments as necessary to drive business results.
Oversee SAP process compliance across all Southeastasia Retail, Inc. branches, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Train and coach ALC Supervisors in best practices, focusing on effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Operations.
A minimum of 2-3 years of line working experience in a fast-paced store operations environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
