Financial Job Opportunity

Nickel Collection Lending Investor is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Transaction Management: Manage and process day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
  2. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and prepare financial reports, statements, and ledgers, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
  3. Compliance and Audit: Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, invoices, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements, and assist with audits.
  4. Closing Processes and Payroll: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, handle payroll preparation, and ensure timely payments.
  5. Expense Management and Financial Support: Monitor and manage company expenses, provide support in preparing financial documents for management and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  2. Technical and Soft Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
