Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with the Technology team to ensure quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform system monitoring, capacity planning, and systems testing to ensure products meet performance requirements
  • Evaluate technologies, develop prototypes, and contribute to design issues to implement effective solutions
  • Work with internal and external teams to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Consult with end users and clients to identify and correct systems problems or propose suitable solutions
  • Develop software and systems tools used by integration teams to create end-user packages
  • Provide support for operating systems and in-house applications, including third-party applications, as needed
  • Perform coding, analysis, testing, or other relevant functions to identify problems and propose effective solutions
Key Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in an engineering role
  • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices
  • Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
