Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our organization. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust web applications that drive our CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining SaaS-based CRM systems using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will contribute to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Additionally, you will lead efforts to improve and optimize the existing codebase and infrastructure.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end components of our SaaS CRM platform.
  • Contribute to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between different modules and external services.
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on SaaS and CRM applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
