Job Description

\

The Product Head – Loan Operations will be responsible for managing the entire loan product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This includes developing policies and management strategies to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures on loan operations.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Responsible for analyzing potential partner relationship for loan product.\
  3. Develops policies and management strategies to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures on loan operations.\
  4. Assesses the lending program performance regularly and formulate assessments or recommendations for its furtherance.\
  5. Formulates and evaluates systems and policies initiated and presented by the LAMD Head.\
  6. Reports to the management committee regarding updates on Loan the product.\
  7. Proposes to the LAMD Head and/or management areas of expansion for possible establishment of branches to support the bank's loan operations.\
  8. Monitors and evaluates the performance of all personnel within their unit.\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in business-related fields and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage a team effectively, and have good stress management abilities.
