To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow, and remote desktop support tools, VPN and VDI environments, Citrix is highly desirable. Knowledge of Mobile devices (iOS, Android) is also essential.
