High-Quality Video Content Specialist

As a skilled Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality video content that drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing mini-VSLs (1-3 minutes) with strategic B-roll placement and compelling flow to drive engagement.
- Creating non-narrated performance ads (30s-1min) with seamless B-roll storytelling that captures viewers' attention.
- Edit UGC talking-head style content (30s-1min) that feels authentic yet polished to resonate with audiences.
- Utilizing AI-generated visuals using cutting-edge tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, and Veo3 to enhance creativity.
- Performing iterations based on real data from reports and ad accounts to optimize results.
- Editing 12-18 video pieces per week (complexity-dependent) while prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Conducting proactive concept iterations based on performance data to continuously improve output.
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing direct response video ads that convert into sales.
- Understanding of performance metrics including hook rates, hold rates, unique outbound CTR.
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with creative strategists.
- Data-driven mindset to iterate based on what the numbers tell you.
- Comfortable sourcing footage from various sources, including TikTok/Instagram smaller creators and internal content bank.
- Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Wants to grow beyond just editing into strategy and team leadership roles.
