About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, including performing general clerical tasks and managing office records.

This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Manage and organize office records, documents, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.

You will also be responsible for assisting in the application and renewal of necessary government licenses and permits, as well as preparing and submitting documents for SEC registration.

In addition, you will manage the registration and documentation of company-owned or leased properties, ensuring compliance with property registration regulations and deadlines.

  • 1-3 years experience
