Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing a high volume of outbound sales calls to interact with customers and identify their needs or issues.
  • Leveraging expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and communicate benefits effectively.
  • Clarifying information and providing recommendations and solutions via telephone calls.
  • Building positive relationships with customers to enhance public perception of the company.
  • Improving customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Placing outbound calls to promote new products and services.
  • Completing call notes and reports as necessary and updating them in the database.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.

  • Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
  • Medical or healthcare industry experience enhances engagement effectiveness.
