Key responsibilities include:
- Performing a high volume of outbound sales calls to interact with customers and identify their needs or issues.
- Leveraging expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and communicate benefits effectively.
- Clarifying information and providing recommendations and solutions via telephone calls.
- Building positive relationships with customers to enhance public perception of the company.
- Improving customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Placing outbound calls to promote new products and services.
- Completing call notes and reports as necessary and updating them in the database.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
Key expectations include:
- Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
- Medical or healthcare industry experience enhances engagement effectiveness.
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
