We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves inputting data into a system, capturing traffic accident information and adhering to specific keying instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Must have at least two years of college education
  • Minimum 45 Words Per Minute typing speed with 90% accuracy
  • Able to follow compliance requirements for data and information security
  • Good communication skills are a plus but not necessary
  • Applicants must be willing to work in a flexible schedule including weekends depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow set instructions and processes to complete tasks
  • Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assess each using standard procedures and make sound decisions
  • Perform routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision
  • Emphasize accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of concentration is required
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks in a quota driven production environment
  • Understand how assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams
  • Familiarity with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least two years in College with no back subjects/incomplete units
  • Minimum 45 Words Per Minute typing speed with 90% accuracy
