
Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy professional to support our fast-growing electrical services business. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, and light marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 15–20 inbound and outbound calls daily from new and existing clients
- Respond to inquiries, including follow-ups and reminders
- Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate field staff using ServiceMate
- Manage CRM and lead pipeline through Podium
- Update job statuses and customer information in ServiceMate
- Upload invoices to Xero (no reconciliation required)
- Create and post 2–3 weekly updates on social media
- Promote and leverage client's online reviews
- Manage client's calendar and appointments
- Handle reporting and follow-up tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience handling customer calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using platforms like Podium and ServiceMate
- Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern software tools
- Experience in social media content management
- Comfortable working independently and proactively
- Familiarity with CRM and job management software (training provided)
