We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Specialist to join our team at Sinobest Refrigeration Inc. in Cainta Rizal.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing purchasing processes and ensuring seamless inventory management. As a Procurement and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on orders and costs.

Responsibilities:
• Research potential vendors and compare their offers to ensure optimal stock levels
• Evaluate contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and maintenance

Requirements and Skills:
• Proven work experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation, and liaison
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g., Procurify or SpendMap)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures and logistics
• Solid analytical skills to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotiation skills to secure optimal agreements with suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
