Job Description

The QA & Compliance, Test Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tests using Robot Framework, Selenium or other functional testing tools.

This role also involves designing, building, and maintaining the test infrastructure and integration with Azure DevOps pipelines and Jenkins.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the QA team to identify, review, and implement test cases to be added in the automation test suite.

  2. Contribute to the development of new tools required for testing, proof of concept activities, and maintenance of test infrastructure.

  3. Design, create, and execute automated tests using tools such as Robot Framework/Selenium.

  4. Support test infrastructure and CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps/Jenkins.

  5. Plan and manage the team's deliverables including regression execution and test script development.

  6. Mentor junior/new resources and function as lead to monitor the team's activities & progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering or any related field.

  • Excellent teamwork skills to work with colleagues to achieve targets and objectives.

  • The ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and controlled in responding to urgent or demanding situations.

  • No less than 6 years of experience in test automation including Robot Framework, Selenium, Python.

  • Proficiency in CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Jenkins.

  • Automation: Selenium (required), Robot Framework (required), Python (required).

  • SCM: git.

  • OS: Linux, Windows.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
