In this role, you will lead the development of automated HR reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely insights for executive decision-making. You will work closely with the Global Senior HRIS Manager to automate HR reporting and optimize HR dashboarding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyze key HR data sources, identify workforce trends, build automated dashboards, and develop presentations on key people metrics.
  • Act as a data partner to the Global Senior HRIS Manager, automate HR reporting, and optimize HR dashboarding capabilities.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of HR programs, support workforce planning, and conduct turnover and performance analysis.
  • Track HR budget actuals and assist in forecasting for annual budget planning.
  • Manage office access and security, and maintain the Notion page.

You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce data, or business intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS data management and automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
