Staff Augmentation Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Staff Augmentation Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting consultative conversations, and coordinating discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects through professional phone calls and email communication.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of staff augmentation services and our embedded partnership model.
  • Assess prospect infrastructure readiness, including SOPs, training capabilities, and decision-making authority.
  • Verify budget allocation and timeline for staffing solutions.
  • Document detailed qualification notes in our CRM system.

Consultative Education & Value Communication:

  • Educate prospects on why we deliver superior results compared to traditional BPO providers.
  • Articulate how our embedded partnership model reduces costs and improves operational efficiency.
  • Address common objections about outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns.
  • Position our risk reversal offer as a competitive advantage.
  • Build rapport and trust through professional, consultative conversations.

Discovery Call Coordination:

  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls with our CEO for qualified prospects only.
  • Provide comprehensive prospect briefings, including pain points, infrastructure assessment, and qualification scores.
  • Coordinate across time zones and business schedules using our automated systems.
  • Send confirmation materials and prepare prospects for productive discovery conversations.
  • Maintain calendar accuracy and handle rescheduling as needed.

Pipeline Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed prospect tracking with all qualification attempts in our CRM system.
  • Update lead scores, qualification status, and comprehensive conversation notes.
  • Track qualification metrics and conversion rates through our dashboard.
  • Generate weekly pipeline reports showing qualified prospects and discovery call bookings.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for sales forecasting.

Target Goals:

  • Handle 50-75 monthly prospects from initial marketing launch.
  • Scale to 100+ monthly prospects as marketing channels expand.
  • Optimize qualification process for 125+ monthly prospect volume.

Required Qualifications:

  • Communication & Sales Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication with professional phone presence.
    • Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally.
    • Experience building rapport quickly and representing premium service offerings.
    • Strong listening skills to identify prospect pain points and infrastructure challenges.
    • Confidence in discussing initial staffing investment and business ROI.
  • Industry Experience:
    • BPO/Staffing Industry Experience Strongly Preferred - understanding of outsourcing challenges and benefits.
    • Previous experience in B2B lead qualification, inside sales, or customer service.
    • Familiarity with call center operations, customer service challenges, or staff augmentation.
    • Understanding of business operations and staffing pain points.
    • Experience overcoming objections related to outsourcing or offshore services.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience with CRM systems.
    • Comfortable with lead scoring systems and qualification frameworks.
    • Proficiency with Zoom, email management, and calendar coordination.
    • Strong internet research skills and database management.
    • Ability to learn and utilize sales automation tools effectively.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • High persistence and resilience in qualifying challenging prospects.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM documentation.
    • Empathy for business owners dealing with staffing challenges and operational inefficiencies.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Professional demeanor when representing Arvios' premium positioning.
