Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to support our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Report Development & Administration:">
    1. Administer and maintain data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
    2. Develop and enhance reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system usage.

  2. Dashboarding & Data Visualization:">
    1. Design, create, and manage dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    2. Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
    ">
  3. Excel Automation & Consolidation:">
    1. Build and maintain complex Excel models for consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data.
    2. Automate recurring reports using advanced techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
    ">
  4. Presentation Design & Updates:">
    1. Update and refine presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    2. Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  3. Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  5. Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  6. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
