We are seeking a talented junior software developer with strong technical expertise to join our cutting-edge team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hands-on coding and user support, and be eager to grow in a modern AI-first product environment.

About the Role

  • Solve complex user-reported issues related to our AI development platform.

  • Provide expert technical assistance to users building full-stack applications (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend).

  • Analyze stack traces, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive innovation and improve user experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Strong communication skills; English level B2 or higher required.

  • Able to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).

  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
