About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing bank accounts, and providing cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports, including Audited Financial Statements (AFS).
  • Manage bank accounts, ensure timely registration, processing, paying, reconciling, and forecasting payments.
  • Provide cash flow forecasting, post, reconcile, and analyze monthly management accounts.
  • Present timely profit and loss updates to senior management.
  • Process employee payroll, expenses, foreign currency cash payments, petty cash requests approved in line with PRM policies.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Tagalog
