Security Surveillance Monitor

This role requires a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to ensure the safety and security of our store. The Security Surveillance Monitor will continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.

The successful candidate will observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud. Incident reporting is also a key responsibility, with accurate and detailed logs kept of all activities, incidents, and observations.

• Monitor Surveillance Cameras: Continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents
• Customer Check-in and Check-out: Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to appropriate personnel
• Alert Response: Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed
