About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide thorough support for credentialing, including managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Improvement: Generate reports, identify issues, and contribute to process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools.
