About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Design Specialist. As a key member of our Sales and Install Operations teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality solar solutions to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing aerial imagery and web-based software to create 3D models of homes and their surroundings.
  • Generating custom solar proposals that include panel layouts and estimated solar production.
  • Providing design support to the sales team to help secure new customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical and building codes.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with design, CAD, or drafting is beneficial but not required.
