Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategy, business direction, and manage overall revenue growth for acquiring businesses.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution according to partner needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion product enhancements and potential merchant expansion.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, work with product owners to ensure compliance to business readiness checklists, and design operationally sustainable processes.
  • Launch new products and features, meeting commercial and time-to-market objectives while ensuring excellence in execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in product development within the FinTech or payments industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an Agile development team.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing online or mobile products.
  • Cards acquiring, cards issuing, card schemes, payfac experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders.
