  • Analytical Skills: End-to-end HR Systems implementation is an advantage.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with stakeholders.
