Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create recruitment strategies and analyze metrics to fill vacant positions with the right talent.
  2. Review job advertisements prior to posting and ensure that candidates have been properly screened and scheduled for interviews.
  3. Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, including new hire orientation, company culture, policy, and procedures.
  4. Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions if needed.
