System Automation Professional

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cross-platform systems that integrate various business functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and enabling teams to work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to identify system automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable, including schemas, formulas, automations and API integration.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
