Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly qualified individuals to perform peer reviews for academic journals and publishers.

Requirements
  • Hold a doctoral degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent advanced qualification.
  • Demonstrate expertise through at least two publications within the last two years in your field.
  • Display a thorough understanding of research methodologies, ethical principles, and industry standards within the discipline.
  • Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exhibit strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
  • Be able to manage time effectively and adhere to deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and objectivity throughout the review process.
  • Prior experience as a peer reviewer is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with online manuscript submission and review systems.
Duties
  • Evaluate Study Design and Methodology: Assess whether the study design and methods are suitable, comprehensive, and clearly described to ensure accurate reproducibility.
  • Literature Review: Verify that the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites up-to-date research in the field.
  • Analyse Results and Conclusions: Evaluate whether results are presented clearly and appropriately, and conclusions are supported by data and significant to the field.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Suggest improvements or highlight any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
